[Gumcadiz] Help needed in Sotogrande (and in English!)

Hola a tod en s,

Por si acaso alguien del GUMCADIZ puede ayudar pero no entiende el  
problema, voy a intentar traducirlo a ver si podemos ayudar a este  
amigo:

"Estoy buscando ayuda para un Mac en Sotogrande. Mi padre tiene un  
Mac Pro que está haciendo cosas raras. Los documentos de la papelera  
que tienen más de una semana de antigüedad cuelgan el finder si se  
vacía la papelera, la red wireless del Airport Extreme ha  
desaparecido (aunque el Time Capsule no) y no me deja instalar  
ninguna actualización de software. He ejecutado el Disk Warrior y se  
solucionaron los problemillas pequeños. Creo que la única solución es  
un archivo (supongo que se refiere a un back up) e instalar (supongo  
que quiere decir reinstalar el OS X). El problema es que yo estoy en  
Londres y el problema en España.

¿Hay alguien que pueda ayudar? Nos encantaría pagar por el servicio.
