[Gumcadiz] Help needed in Sotogrande (and in English!)

I am looking for Mac help in Sotogrande. My father has a Mac Pro which  
is acting very strangely. Documents in the trash which are more than a  
week old crash the finder if you empty the trash, the Airport Extreme  
wireless network has disappeared (although Time Capsule hasn't) and I  
can't install any software updates. I have run Disk Warrior and all  
minor issues were fixed. I think the only solution is an archive and  
install. The problem is that I am in London and the problem is in Spain.

Is there anyone who could help. We are happy to pay for the service
